Hello! I'm Jyrki, the owner of this photography website. Born in 1967, I live in Naantali, in a small place called Rymättylä. My greatest passion is nature photography, and I love spending time outdoors exploring the archipelago by kayak, hiking, and walking. Photography has been a part of my life since my youth, and about five years ago, I rediscovered my passion and started to learn and develop my skills seriously.

I enjoy capturing the beauty of nature, animals, and people, and I find editing to be a creative and rewarding process. Besides nature, I am a dog lover, and I often photograph dogs and other pets. I use a Canon EOS 6D full-frame camera along with various lenses to achieve the best results.
